The USB to RS 485 is an intelligent device which connects to a PC’s Universal Serial
Bus (USB) port providing a high speed asynchronous RS 485 / RS 422 serial port for
communication with RS 485 devices.
The USB 485 M Converter provides easy connectivity between the PC and standard
communication ports.
The device can easily be added or removed once plugged in to the USB port of a
computer since it appears as COM port. This USB 485 M is provided with TxD /RxD
LEDs for indicating communication status and supports a maximum communication
speed of 500Kbps.
Additionally, it also protects the Serial Port from high voltage (2500 V).
