- The RS 232 Serial Port Isolator - ISO 232 provides complete isolation between a legacy computer or machine via the serial device to protect against any inadvertent damage due to electrical disturbances. In addition, the ISO 232 also provides immunity to electrical noise and differential ground.
- ISO 232 is a compact unit enclosed in a plastic casing which takes power from the supplied power adaptor.
- The converter is populated with surface mount components for good reliability and portability. Additionally, it offers consistent isolation to data signals and protects the serial port from high voltage (2500V).
