The DLMS to Modbus Converter is a smart communication device that provides seamless integration between DLMS energy meters and Modbus-based devices such as PLCs and SCADA. It simplifies data exchange by converting DLMS parameters into Modbus registers for real-time monitoring and control.
It reads electrical parameters from DLMS meters through RS232 and converts them into Modbus RTU/TCP registers that can be directly accessed by industrial controllers.
The converter automatically maps selected OBIS codes (from the DLMS meter) to Modbus holding registers, allowing real-time monitoring of voltage, current, frequency, power, and energy data.
It simplifies communication between utility-grade DLMS meters and industrial automation systems.
